Nicolette Sampair, Director, Compensation & Benefits at Alvarez & Marsal
Nicolette Sampair is a Director with Alvarez and Marsal’s Compensation & Benefits practice. She specializes in broad-based compensation design. Her primary areas of experience are job analysis and architecture, base and incentive compensation plan design, market data benchmarking, salary structure development, and total rewards communication strategy.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Sampair was the Compensation Director at a large public professional services firm based in Washington D.C. where she focused on designing the market-based compensation philosophy for business units across 30 countries, advising business leaders on competitive pay strategies, and enhancing awareness around pay decisions and pay equity. In addition, she directed the implementation of several compensation-related systems including a cloud-based compensation planning tool, multiple proprietary HRIS compensation reporting applications, and a survey data management platform.
