About the Event
Are You Keeping Up—Or Falling Behind? The rapid explosion of state employment laws is turning compliance into a high-stakes game of whack-a-mole. Pay transparency, paid family leave, disability policies, maternity leave, long-term care insurance—the list keeps growing, and the rules keep shifting. If your organization has a distributed workforce, you’re likely struggling to hit a compliance target that won’t stop moving.
Join us for a dynamic discussion on the chaos of evolving state laws and what employers must do to stay ahead. This isn’t just about keeping up—it’s about protecting your business, your employees, and your sanity. Are you ready to take control, or will you let compliance challenges take control of you?
