About The Event

Mergers & Acquisitions create opportunities and challenges as the companies involved look to merge benefits, compensation practices, total rewards, and workplace culture. In this session, we will host a panel discussion with experts in the M&A process. Our panelists will share their detailed knowledge of risks to consider and best practices that can help company leaders, advisors, and HR professionals navigate through this process in the future.
