She has more than 15 years of experience implementing people strategies across transportation, technology, education, non-profit, and public sectors. Prior to returning to The Post, she most recently oversaw the consulting division at Management Concepts. “To create a culture that values diversity and belonging, it’s critical that the foundation of those efforts is built around creating a better work environment for everyone. Diversity is a people-first, long-term commitment, and I’m excited to be a part of a company and collaborate with leaders who are willing to put in the work,” said Furaha.
