(Moderator) Patrick Rafeedie, HUB International, Senior Account Executive
As a dedicated employee benefits consultant in the DMV region, Patrick collaborates closely with account teams and employers to craft tailored benefits strategies that align with their unique needs and business objectives. With a career in the employee benefits industry starting in 2019, he recognizes that when employers invest in benefits, they rightfully expect measurable results that directly reflect their aims.
Before joining Hub International, Patrick served as a consultant with ADP TotalSource, where he advised government contractors, nonprofits, and professional services firms on creating optimal benefits programs for their workforce. This role honed his ability to understand the diverse needs of different sectors.
Patrick is responsible for the development and execution of cutting-edge cost-containment, risk-reduction and employment-enhancing initiatives. He leverages data into information and information into action to help clients realize their goals.

Brian McCauley, Director, Sales, OCA
Brian is responsible for implementing sales strategies and processes that allow OCA to grow without sacrificing its current clients’ needs. With 15 years of benefit technology and TPA experience, Brian is uniquely situated to understand how the ever-changing marketplace creates opportunity to generate growth and a positive experience for everyone who trusts OCA. Prior to joining OCA in 2015, Brian was the Northeast Director of Sales for HealthConnect Systems, where he was responsible for the growth and development of their core quoting platform and new product initiatives.

Ross Honig, President, OCA
Ross oversees all aspects of OCA’s business operations, product development, and business growth. Ross grew up in the family business and officially joined OCA upon graduation from Towson University in 2009. Ross has been committed to spearheading innovative solutions that continually deliver outcomes and experiences that matter most to OCA’s clients and partners.
