About The Event

The current environment is exploding with Federal and State Legislation which has had a significant impact on employer goals for pay transparency and expansion of leave benefits.

These ever-expanding laws have caused much confusion as requirements vary by State.  Predictions about what pay transparency legislation will do to recruitment — and how it might affect compensation matters such as bonuses — have sparked intense discussion.  Ensuring compliance around new family and disability leave laws and regulations can be very complicated and inconsistent.

We are fortunate to have Edward Lee Isler, Founding Partner, and Lori H. Turner, Partner from IslerDare PC here today to review the intricacies of this complex puzzle.
