John Ford, Chief Revenue Officer, Trusaic. John oversees global product development, operations, sales, and services across all of Trusaic’s product portfolio segments. With extensive experience in product development, go-to-market, professional services and data analytics, John has led the development and deployment of multiple world-class SaaS HR tech solutions supporting mission-critical workforce priorities for global organizations. This includes Trusaic’s award-winning Workplace Equity technology platform and Trusaic’s comprehensive ACA Compliance & Reporting technology suite. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Music (Classical Violin) from Oregon State University.

Ray Henry is an associate partner in Aon’s Talent practice. He helps companies leverage Aon’s wide-ranging workforce datasets to make better plan headcount, optimize organization structures, and reduce problematic compensation disparities. He delivers comparative reviews, leads analyses, modeled the productivity implications of contract changes for a Fortune 200 defense company, led the recruiting analytics team at Wayfair, forecasting, co-founded EY’s client-facing People Analytics team, and worked as an investigative reporter for The Associated Press.
Ray holds an undergraduate degree in journalism from Boston University and a master’s degree in economics from Georgia State University.
